Shipping information
* Products will be completed within 90~120 business days after ordering.  For detailed information, please refer to each individual product’s description
* If payment has not been made within 3 days of ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled 
* We use EMS or EMS Premium or DHL to ship our products. Shipping fee is charged accordingly. 
* Depending on the weight/volume and destination of the package, the shipping cost will vary. 
* All certificates will be issued to the product recipient and not the product orderer.
Exchange & Refund
* As each product is made to order, we cannot offer extended refunds or exchanges after order confirmation 
* If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 days of ordering 
* If production of your order has already commenced, a 10~30% cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.  Please refer to the FAQ for more information on this topic. 
* If there are any issues regarding the product, shipping fees will be covered by BLACK SATURN
